ICAP has established a Level-1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme trading on the US over-the-counter (OTC) market. Each ICAP ADR represents two ICAP ordinary shares as traded on the London Stock Exchange. The code for ICAP’s ADR is “IAPLY” and its CUSIP number is 450936109. The Bank of New York has been appointed as the depositary bank for the Level-1 ADR programme.
